I have had a very hard time since my last entry, gained some weight back and now want to get  back on track. Just had gallbladder surgergy last week and am now feeling better. Hopefully without the weight probplems that was giving meI can get with it.Thanks for all the support I have gotten  and will continue to get.

One of the best thing that have happened since I have been on here is that I have gotten JESUS back in my life and am trying to grow spiritually. With continued prayer and your support I will finally accomplish all I  have set out to do

I WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT WE HAVE A NEW GRANDDAUGHTER. SHE WAS BORN JULY 30TH .WEIGHING IN AT 9 POUNDS AND 11 OZS. AND 21 INCHES LONG.

EVAN WITH THAT AND BEING AWAY FROM HOME FOR 3 DAYS .I STAYED THE  SAME WEIGHT.

This week has been hard and challenging.With a cookout to celebrate my daughter in  law birthday and family coming over this weekend,plus a road trip with my hubby in the semi and eating out. i am proud of myself. I done great sticking with my diet.sure hope it show on the scales on weigh in day

hi everyone. Today has been a great day and I wanted to share with all of you.My daughter in law was diagnosed with Keratoconus a eye disease . She has had this since she was 7 yr old .After going to several Dr. through the years she thought that  nothing short of a transplant could be done for her.

Last month she went to  a specialist in Lexington,Ky and they fitted her with a special made contact and she received these today .SHE CAN SEE 20/20.although she can only wear them for 1 hr today then gradually build up to all the time .She is truly blessed to find this DR. . just wanted to share and hope that maybe this can help someone

I think i finally have a good start on this.although I didn’t loose this week i have accomplished a great deal.My mind is where it should be and some health issues have been solved.

hey everyone,I have had a really tough week I actually  regained everything I had lost.I know this is not the way this is supposed to work No excuse I just didn’t stick to the plan.

I really want to and need to loose this weight. I feel horrible all the time,Seems like once I start eating in the morning I want to eat all day no self control at also my plan is to start again  Tuesday morning I really need your guys support.

37 years ago today I got married.everything was right with my world.Three beautiful children and 4 grandchildren and one on the way.Even though time are tough as i have been laid off and my husband is a owner/operator trucker and freight has been scarce or just not paying much. I still believe we have had a great life .I would not trade it for anything because of both the good and bad has made us the people we are today

i had a 7 pound loss. must of been fluid ,but that ok.. I’ll take iti sure hop i can stay with this t. thanks to all of my buddies ,i have some support with the ups and downs.

it’s only 2:18 in the afternoon and i feel like i haven’t eaten all day. i had a good and nutritious lunch so i should not be hungry.this is the tim i need friends like   you guys

hi i am glad to have found a support group like this.I am laid off from work and cannot afford to go to WW.i have very little to no support at home so this website and all my buddies will be my lifeline.

i need to loose weight for health reasons and also feel better about myself.
